What types of payment are accepted?
    
Currently we accept Visa or MasterCard in Canada and Visa only in the U.S. We are hoping to expand to accept MasterCard in the U.S. in the near future.
It will not accept my Canadian Postal Code?
    
The system is sensitive with Postal Codes; they MUST be entered completely correct. Canadian Postal codes are alphanumeric, numbers must be entered as numbers (ie
0 must be the number zero and not the letter o.

The Canadian Postal Codes also have a space between the first three and last three characters, you MUST ENTER THIS SPACE or it will not work.

I am a current customer with Oak Park do I register as a new customer or as a registered customer?
    
If you have never ordered directly from the Oak Park Website before you must begin as a New Customer. You will only have to register once, future orders you will just enter your email address and your password.
What do I enter for a password?
    
We suggest you choose something that you will remember. Once you have entered this, your password will be confirmed direct to you to the email address you provided.
